About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting market research and gathering information through surveys or talking to clients
2. Generate a huge no of clients database
3. Handle customer complaints actively and resolve them on time
4. Sell products and services by convincing the customer
5. Work closely with the manager or assigned staff member, and completing all allocated tasks
6. Attend and participate in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
7. Liaise with clients on behalf of the company's managers
8. Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature
9. Help develop client relationships and retain existing accounts
10. Learn and apply sales techniques
11. Update documents and sales records
12. Review sales performance against sales targets
13. Observe and carry out sales processes
14. Identify potential weaknesses and offer improvement suggestions
15. Assist managers with negotiations
16. Keep a log of everything learned and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
17. Make a daily activity report and submit it to the manager
18. Meet monthly sales targets effectively

1. Familiar with the process of sales cycle (conducting market research, identifying business opportunities, managing& generating sales leads, making cold calls, participating in meetings, and assisting the sales department wherever possible)

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (1% of sales target).
