The platform allows them and their distant loved ones to demand a 'pal(s),' who will provide in-person support to the elderly for a myriad of services, as the elder's own family member would have done. With Indipals, elders can live independently with honour and family-like support without feeling of being an inconvenience to their neighbours or extended family nearby.

The co-founders bring in rich experience spread across multiple industries BFSI, Retail, IT & ITES.
