You will be responsible for onboarding, customer acquisition, and client relationship of hosts for our tambola games. Be a part of a formative team contributing to the scaling of our first game - VIP Tambola Master.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source potential leads through market research using business directories, social media accounts, web searches, or any such online/offline resources
2. Conduct online/offline research about the new business leads
3. Conduct cold calls, make multiple outbound calls to potential leads, and qualify opportunities
4. Convert potential leads to trial users (players) and then as customers (hosts)
5. Answer all product and technical queries along the course of their evaluation to their satisfaction over the web, phone, or email
6. Onboard new hosts and manage the day to day relationships
7. Perform effective online demos to leads, prospects, and hosts
8. Understand requirements and provide the best possible solution
9. Utilize standard training material to onboard host
