1. Candidates should be comfortable with sales/up-selling and resolving customers queries

4. Ability to handle the multitask simultaneously
5. 6 days working and 1 Rotational Off ( depending on the requirement)
6. Excellent command of the English language (verbal & written skills)
7. At least good orator/communicator
8. Passion and zeal for sales
9. Good listener
10. Ready to face pressure and demand with execution
11. Voice, email, and chat experience preferred
12. The candidate should have worked in the US process
