Business Development (Sales) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Generate leads using various methods including social media platform
2. Follow up with leads and call them for pre-qualification
3. Take discussions with qualified leads and show them the demonstration
4. Pursue with the prospects and convert them to order
5. Proceed with the installation and implementation of the software
6. Provide training on the software
7. Take customer calls and provide technical assistance to the customers
8. Call customers for their feedback and any support, if they need
9. Utilize professional techniques to retain and delight customers
10. Work on online bidding on Upwork, Elance, GURU Freelancer etc portals

Required:

1. The candidate should be able to do cold calls to potential customer base in the international market
2. Excellent communication skills and able to well communicate with customers across the globe (USA, Europe, UAE, Singapore)
3. Fresher & experience of 1-5 years of international business development is a must
4. Good knowledge of getting quality leads for web design development and mobile application development
