Business Development (Sales) Work From Home Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and helping them in their hiring process for interns by ensuring accurate profile matching and closing the hiring pipeline.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling
2. Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and support
3. Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and execute hiring strategies for our clients' internship programs
4. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings to ensure candidates meet the required qualifications and match the client's hiring needs
5. Facilitate the interview process, scheduling and conduct interviews, and provide feedback to both the clients and candidates
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and candidate information in our internal database and other tracking systems

Skills & Requirements:

1. Interested in sales, account management, or client services, preferably in the staffing or recruitment industry
2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
3. Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and assessing candidates
4. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
5. Experience working with or managing interns is a plus
