Business Development (Sales) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reach out to our potential and existing clients to promote and sell our products
2. Build and maintain a good relationship with every client regardless of their responses
3. Clarify client's questions about our products or services offered
4. Systematically keep track of the records of all the calls made and specifically note down every client s queries, understand their requirements, and act as per the situation
5. Make follow-up calls constantly, ask questions to understand clients needs, and act accordingly
6. Close sales with the potential clients
7. Handle any grievances of the client to preserve company reputation and report it to your manager or head of the department
