Business Development (Sales) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Get in touch with different NGOs to recruit and increase the nanny supply
2. Interview nannies, discuss their experience, conduct a background check, and contact their references
3. Concentrate and improve on continuously increasing the nanny supply based on the demand
4. Calling lead customers to explain the product and persuade them to purchase the service
5. Calling customers and informing them about their service end dates and retaining them to continue the services
6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
7. Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections
8. Developing in-depth knowledge of our products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
9. Meeting or exceeding the given targets continually
