About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Talking to our existing client base to upsell our programs; birthday parties, STEM programs, Diwali gift courses, etc.
2. Using the CRM system to track our existing clients
3. Getting trained about our programs and touch base with enquires on our new portal
4. Helping in improving the process by using our 10year experience and your new energy
5. Working with customer interaction team to get updates from clients
