Business Development (Sales) Internship (Part time/Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Reporting to the founder and head of operations
2. Managing and building relationships with multiple clients and venues simultaneously
3. Acting as the first point of customer contact
4. Handling customer support: assisting customers to complete their search for meeting, conference and desk space
5. Replying to inquiries and assist them in booking the perfect space to meet their requirements
6. Handling feedback: report customer reviews and other customer success metrics to the founder and head of customer success
7. Handling finance: manage and facilitate the payment flow between the customer and the supplier
8. Handling product: engage with the product team to feedback every single problem or improvement that we could implement to improve customer satisfaction
9. Handling entrepreneurial part: act as a core part of the team developing the business into an internationally recognized booking platform
