About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Educate customers and retrieve customer information
2. Plan, implement, and manage sales educational workshops
3. Oversee sales training material and suggest improvements
4. Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices
5. Provide call support (inbound and outbound) and educate students/aspirants about the online courses
6. Provide chat support (inbound and outbound) and educate students/aspirants about the online courses
7. Provide email marketing/campaign support
8. Work on product sales/knowledge transfer to the fellow aspirants/students who want to enroll the online courses

Additional information

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 250 per sale).

Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices. You should also be able to interpret sales metrics and be goal-oriented. We expect you to perform well in a team environment and have exceptional people skills. The location will be Kondapur, Hyderabad and timings will be 12 PM to 9 PM.
