Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Engaging in cold calling, lead generation, fixing appointments
2. Serving as the key point of contact between an organization and its clients (HR managers)
3. Answering queries, offering advice, and introducing the company's offerings
4. Organizing sales visits
5. Demonstrating and presenting recruitment services
6. Establishing new business opportunities
7. Finding new clients through cold calling, social media like LinkedIn, mass email, etc.
8. Performing industry-wise research to know trends
9. Mapping new trends & analyzing them
10. Converting research data for business trends
11. Converting them into leads
