Business Development (Sales) Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels
2. Acting as the link between the internal team and the users by communicating our vision and ideas to users
3. Responding to user queries via different communication channels
4. Analyzing collected data to provide inputs to the appropriate internal teams for areas of improvement
5. Working on stakeholder management by handling specific clients and their users
6. Understanding customers' requirements and coordinating with the internal team
7. Assisting with the design and rollout of new support channels and service offerings
8. Helping in the execution and implementation of new processes & making them more efficient
9. Maintaining internal SLA & ensuring all operations run smoothly

Requirements:

1. Fresh undergraduate in a business-related course
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Quick learning and execution skills to keep up with the upgradation of processes and help in execution and implementation
4. Ability to comprehend user needs and requirements
5. Ability to juggle multiple accounts and maintain clear communication & internal records
6. Flexible working over the weekends in rotation
7. Empathy (we deal with mental health, our users may or may not be experiencing their own mental health struggles, so we need someone who can empathize with their concerns and deal with them appropriately)
