1. Prospect new potential clients and maintain existing customer relationships within the Travel industry.
2. Generate project/business opportunities through customer contact, to meet the company's business plans and growth strategies.
3. Drive the sales process from signing up agencies / Hotels to making of transactions.
4. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to prepare and implement the company's Marketing and Business Development.
5. Plan and strategy for meeting business goals. Track and report the current status of potential projects, markets, Customer news, and developments.
6. Ensure all communication with customers is in accordance with our standards and correct in content and format.
7. Follow up with the clients regarding booking/transaction, the process of delivery and payments and collection follow-up.
