Business Development Internship (Remote)

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist the founding team in the deal-closing process by preparing legal and financial documentation for investment deals
2. Work with the research team to maintain an internal database of active deals
3. Help prepare internal documents presented to management for deal approval
4. Collect relevant information and data, assist in creating presentations and reports, and conduct research to provide insights and recommendations on potential investment opportunities
5. Perform ad-hoc duties related to liaising with public relations (PR) opportunities for the CEO

Skills & Requirements:

1. Interest in the web3 gaming industry and investment landscape
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask effectively
4. Proficient in conducting research and analyzing data
5. Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
6. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
7. Familiarity with the principles of investment analysis and financial documentation is a plus
