1. Work with the business development team to understand what sectors Pepper content focuses on and what are the priorities
2. Identify the targets and dicing deep within each segment to find companies that meet Pepper s criteria, by using our tools/databases
3. Attract new business and the growth of our current client base
4. Ensure that sufficient new clients are approached
5. Work on being a co-POC to the clients like Amazon, Adobe, Swiggy, Urban Company, etc. to manage their operational tasks of content deliveries and co-ordinate with internal teams for execution
6. Ideate the content umbrellas for clients when needed and upsell services based on the same
7. Manage the subject matter experts as a review layer after the editing and the delivery process, e.g. an article on Maths is to be run through a teacher
