About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting worker networks with higher overall earnings and earning/hour by handpicking the right opportunities for them
2. Managing a team of worker retention specialists to optimize and understand worker churn
3. Resolving worker queries and issues under a TAT of 24 hours
4. Providing relevant gig opportunities to workers in our network to boost their earnings
5. Monitoring & reporting key metrics such as worker earning, earning/hour, utilization%, etc.

The selected fellow shall be working directly with our senior and leadership team.

Additional information

Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 300000 to 400000 /year

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a basic understanding of MS Office(specifically Excel/Google Sheets), and strong intent and capability to quickly learn and implement new skills.
