About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Make outbound calls to customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, and provide general information
2. Be a member of the primary contact team for consumers interested in the products we offer and will be responsible for assisting them in completing purchases online and over the phone
3. Sell products and place customer orders in the backend of the company
4. Use service providers' back end to do bookings
5. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
6. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
7. Follow up customer calls where necessary

Note: must have completed graduation.
