About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Understanding the tax filing of direct and indirect taxes and assisting the KDK customers in their queries about the tax filing or technical queries
2. Helping customers over the phone or extending remote support to enable them to facilitate the smooth filing of tax returns
3. Providing functionality related to assistance, installing software, diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems as well
4. Listening and understanding the queries and providing support and resolution to the queries
5. Staying up to date with the knowledge of the KDK products to assist the customers
6. Updating the information on the support application in a rightful manner
