Himtrek Tours and Travel is an operational organization dealing with adventure tourism. Having our campsites in Mcleodganj, Kasol, Kheerganga, Tosh, Bir Billing, Manali, Sethan, Jibhi, we have managed to make a unique space for itself. Also, we conduct an umpteen number of treks from our basecamps which are run throughout the year. We are expanding ourselves gradually and going strong.
We are only looking for an intern who can work full-time from Manali, Himachal Pradesh. This is not a work-from-home opportunity. Free food & stay will be provided.
Are you passionate about hospitality and working in the travel industry? Himtrek is looking for a driven, self-motivated camp coordinator intern to join our team. As part of the team, you will have an opportunity to develop and enhance your skills by managing a variety of hotel operations in different settings.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting in daily operations of the hotel, such as resolving guest complaints, checking in guests, and managing the reservations system
2. Assisting with the marketing and promotional activities for the hotel
3. Supporting the property in the development and implementation of policies and procedures
4. Maintaining accurate financial records and hotel inventory
5. Inspect the property's accommodations and facilities on a regular basis
6. Helping in the coordination of events, festivals, and conferences
7. Helping to develop positive relationships with vendors and customers
Disclaimer: If we are not satisfied with the intern's performance, we may remove him/her from the company before completing the entire term of the internship.
