2. Performing all the groundwork necessary for Apogee, BITS Pilani in association with Finnacle Investment Academy-Shah classes, Mumbai to conduct a seminar/workshop and other such events in your college
3. Coordinating with the respective students' union/e-cells/finance units of your college, to get them in touch with Aarohan, Apogee-2020, BITS Pilani and ensuring a decent turnout of students to the seminar/workshop

Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, a premier academic institution of India is holding its 38th annual technical festival, APOGEE from the 28th to the 31st of March 2020. Over the years, APOGEE has grown into one of the largest technical symposiums of the country. APOGEE with a budget of over 60+ lakhs receives participation from over 80+ colleges in India with a substantial number of foreign institutions also gracing our event.
Mini-APOGEE, as the name suggests, is a preliminary, miniature version of APOGEE, conducted in various cities and colleges across India. We believe in pushing the boundaries of knowledge, exploring the unexplored and getting the best minds on board for innovative solutions. The events can span across two days, or we can wrap them up in a day depending on the college's convenience, keeping in mind the scheduling constraints. The winners of Mini Apogee get a chance to visit BITS Pilani during Apogee to take part in the finals.
