CallE is a platform that provides a decentralized voice communication network to businesses. They can easily send a request to reach out to their customer overcall which would be done by independent contractors on our application just like cab drivers on Uber. Businesses can quickly adjust the size of their workforce (such as during a 'Black Friday' sale), and save money on benefits and infrastructure costs. People (callers) can earn remotely with flexible working' and enjoy the freedom to work whenever they choose.
Additionally, we would use geo-mapping, regional languages, and dialects, speech, and listening test, and quality checks based on transcription, etc. Shortly, 50 percent of the calls will start with human callers, and the other 50 percent start with the AI and will be later intervened by a person from CallE.
