This programme aims to encourage students to pursue their hobbies and build connections with others who share their passions.
The Campus Ambassador s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. To be the face and voice of Dialogues Communities in his/her campus representing the company's mission, i.e., to nurture strong-knit communities
2. To spread awareness about Dialogues' various communities among the students community
3. To add new members to the communities based on their interests by organizing various events like meet-ups, seminars, workshops, and other activities related to community-building
4. To explore opportunities for collaboration and bring in a team of experts (professors and other faculty) who can positively contribute to the communities

1. We are looking for a passionate individual who believes in the Dialogues' dream and vision of building communities
2. The candidate must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to foster relationships
3. He/She must be inspiring to others, be dedicated to their responsibilities and be committed to our brand
4. He/She must be passionate about at least one of the Dialogues Communities, i.e., books, art, music, dance, poetry, mental wellness, cinema, travel, sustainable living etc.

Selection procedure
The shortlisted candidates will undergo 2 rounds of interviews to deem whether they are suitable for the programme or not.

This college ambassador program will give you the unique opportunity to explore your own interests and hobbies and to develop your passion in your college. You will gain experience in various aspects of community-building which will give you an edge to make more out of the things you are passionate about.
Dialogues is a community of creative and passionate individuals who build a safe space, both online and offline, that people can call their own. We are a multi-faceted company; we run a cafe based on a unique time model which doubles as a co-working space, and we host events and workshops, build and nourish our in-house communities, and organize meet-ups and events for the same.
