The campus ambassador s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Creating awareness about ADR and Mediation in your law college
2. Assisting in the establishment of a mediation center in your law college to serve the public
3. Coordinating peacemaking activities, events, and dispute resolution in the college
4. Working on a little engagement on social media
5. Representing Equa in the college/university
A 3-hour online Induction session shall be held to apprise the CAs about their roles, responsibilities, and duties. The candidates shall be imparted training regarding the functioning of the website, and operations at the organization as well.
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. can start the part time job/internship between 30th Jul'22 and 3rd Sep'22
2. are available for duration of 2 months
3. have relevant skills and interests

1. Law students from India and abroad can apply who are outspoken and have a zeal to work in ADR and mediation domain.

Selection procedure
The candidates shall be shortlisted on the basis of their CVs and assessment questions on Internshala. Thereafter the final selections shall be made through a discussion on telephonic call of around 15-20 minutes.
Equa is a ''not for profit'' organization working in the field of ADR and online dispute resolution. It is researching and finding out ways of resolution of disputes through arbitration or mediation.
