4. Utilize word-of-mouth marketing techniques, such as referral incentive programs
5. Oversee online comments and respond appropriately; forward to the marketing department as needed
6. Use analysis skills and preference tracking to suggest improvements
7. Provide feedback to the marketing and product departments regarding customers insights and questions
Learning opportunities
Referral marketing for starters and a deep analytical dive into the kind of content required for the most emerging markets in India. Mentored by one of the co-founding members himself, you will be learning as to why content is considered as the 'king' in marketing. Learn more about influencer marketing and how to build a community of influencers and marketers. In short, by the end of this internship, you would have managerial skills, operational skills, sales skills and most importantly people skills.

We are a social medium catering strictly to Indian internet users. Fiva has been built to empower the latest internet users of India and allow them to share their own content, in their own languages. This has multiple aspects to it. For one, it provides a social platform for everyone to share content ranging from humor and devotion to politics and regional updates.
The idea is for individuals to follow each other along with personalities on our platform. This not only gives these personalities a greater context with their local followers but also a ground check clock on local sentiments. Second, it allows individuals from various corners, who have moved away from their motherland because of work or other opportunities, to be connected to updates from their own social circle(s).
