The Campus Ambassador s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Research: Basic financial processes for women, opportunities for women entrepreneurs, career guidance tailored to women under the supervision of the Community & Impact Team.
2. Content Creation: Creating easy to understand explainers on financial processes and tools for women
3. Session Design: Designing interactive sessions that can help women understand and talk about processes related to finance, money and careers
4. Conduct mini-sessions with peers on any financial literacy module of their choice
Learning opportunities
1. Training on Financial Literacy: All CAs will be given interactive sessions on how to budget, understand income, save, invest and fund life goals like further education/entrepreneurship
2. Training on interactive workshop design: All CAs will be given training on how to run interactive sessions - online/offline, how to use different activities
3. Training on communication and leadership skills: CAs will be given assistance on how to speak publicly, tell engaging stories, present facts and data
4. Assistance with resume/CV/Cover Letter writing and design
1. can start the part time job/internship between 23rd Nov'21 and 28th Dec'21
2. are available for duration of 3 weeks
3. are from or open to relocate to Delhi, Bangalore, Mumbai and neighboring cities
4. have relevant skills and interests
Added requirements
1. This program is open to women only, above the age of 18. Students in their final year or recently graduated will be preferred since there is a chance of a PPO for exceptional candidates.
2. This is an ideal opportunity for women who are looking to become community mobilisers, trainers, content creators and for women who would like to learn about personal finance.
3. Note: We prefer interns who can commit to attending 3-hour in-person sessions in the first week since we offer an interactive immersive leadership and training workshop. The other 2 weeks can be done fully remotely with flexible work hours.
Rewards and incentives
1. All CAs will receive a Rs 2000 stipend for the month-long program
2. Performance based incentives will be awarded for:
- Innovative session design
- Supporting other CAs in the program
- Conducting their own sessions on financial literacy (will be evaluated on reach and impact of session)

Selection procedure
All Applicants will be contacted for a screening by the Community & Impact team via phone. They will have to answer a short questionnaire on their commitment to women's empowerment and their views on financial literacy for women. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their responses.
