About People Assets Learning Services (India) Private Limited (https://www.poorna.center):
People Assets Learning Services (India) Private limited was incorporated in December 2012. We are a tightly knit, small group of IT professionals, each with 30 years of industry experience.

We have seen the IT industry evolve since the 1980's and the thousands of people who have carried it on their shoulders. Based on our experience and our own vision of the future our goal is to create a generation of IT professionals we will hand over the baton to. This goal envisions working with young people who are still in college or already graduated and put them on a path to success.

We expect our interns to work under the strict discipline of 90% attendance, delivering against tight timelines and adopting an exponential learning path. Non-compliance with Internship rules will result in people leaving the program. Serious candidates go on to build successful careers for themselves. 7 of our interns have landed themselves jobs with the very first interview.
About the Program:
Selected intern's will work from campus / home / other location.
1. Promote the company's brand & image on:
a. Campus
b. Social media
2. Interface between company & college management
3. Be the local goto person; face of the company on-campus
4. Represent company at college events; setup a booth
5. Provide weekly verbal and short written reports
Rewards and incentives:
1. The fixed allowance of Rs. 1000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only) per calendar month
2. Company training on business development
3. Incentive (up to Rs. 1000 / month) on achieving set targets
Learning opportunities:
Campus Ambassadors will undergo a Learning program at company premises:
1. 8 hours per month X 2 months.
2. In addition telephone-based coaching 2 times a month.
3. Business development training
Selection procedure:
1. Will be hiring candidates on the basis of telephonic interview

Who can apply:
Only those candidates can apply who:
  1. can start the part time job/internship between 4th Dec'17 and 20th Jan'18
  2. are available for duration of 6 months
  3. are from Secunderabad, Guntur, Warangal, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and neighboring cities
  4. have relevant skills and interests
