About the Program
As the campus ambassador, you'll be responsible for introducing TADS products and services to the students on campus. A campus ambassador is expected to inspire students, build relationships with them, and use their personal network to create awareness and interest in the product or service. The campus ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop personalized marketing literature and strategies to promote the company's product or service in your institution
2. Give people an overview of what TADS is, what it does (The TADS Plan), and how can we benefit them
3. Generate potential leads for the company
4. Share information about job openings with students
5. Organize events for students on campus (e.g. networking events)
6. Work on being an active recruiter by attending career fairs and talking to potential candidates
7. Assist in managing social media channels (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
8. Provide feedback on on-campus programs that are not related to the company's offerings

Rewards and incentives
1. INR 2,000 /per student for the basic plan, INR 4,000 /per student for the regular plan, and INR 6000 /per student for the flagship plan
