About the Program
The Campus Ambassador's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Onboard people for the WithIn Club 7-Day Focus Challenge.
2. Take regular feedback from participants and suggest improvements.
3. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with societies, clubs, and cells within the college to align activities with the organization's objectives.
4. Organize and execute volunteer opportunities within colleges aimed at increasing engagement with the organization's app.
5. Strategize and implement marketing and sales tactics to promote relevant products or services to prospective participants, maximizing engagement and conversion rates.
6. Plan and execute mental health awareness campaigns, utilizing both on-campus and social media platforms.
7. Create content for the organization (This task will be mutually decided by the organization and the campus ambassador).
Learning opportunities
The candidate will receive comprehensive support through regular catch-up calls, guidance from senior peers, and access to marketing materials. A detailed overview of the organization, including its objectives and key information, will be provided in advance.

Only those candidates can apply who:

2. are available for duration of 2 months

Other requirements
1. The candidate should be willing to communicate with their peers one-on-one.
2. The candidate should attend college regularly and should not be enrolled in a correspondence program.
3. The candidate should be an active member of any club or society, or have experience in organizing events or presenting in front of the class.
Rewards and incentives
A fixed stipend of Rs. 1000 will be provided, along with a financial incentive of up to 20%, based on performance.

Selection procedure
Round 1: CV Shortlisting
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their relevant experience and qualifications as outlined in their CV.
Round 2: Questionnaire
Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a questionnaire, which will be sent via email to assess their skills, knowledge, and suitability for the role.
Round 3: Telephonic Interview
Candidates who successfully pass the questionnaire round will be invited for a telephonic interview to further evaluate their fit for the position.
