1. Stipend- INR 1000 per month
2. Monetary rewards for successfully achieving the targets are as follows:
10+ students group trip - 5% of the trip's cost
11-20 students group trip - 7% of the trip's cost
20-35 students group trip - 10% of the trip's cost
