2. Facilitate, create, innovate and recruit more campus ambassadors from your college for the purpose of establishing a Volunteer4Women (V4W) student community on your college
3. Work as lead campus ambassador (Lead CA) of your college and conduct students seminar on women empowerment (SSWE 2.0) with your recruited CAs Team
4. Kick-start the 1st V4W off-campus students project for the V4W student community of your college

WERP-India is a student initiative for women empowerment in India. About 50% of the world population is women. Their contributions to wealth and asset creation are substantial and can be inferred as the same as that of men. Despite this, in almost all societies, there is gender bias against women. The gender bias against women starts from conception in the womb till a lifetime. The war against women (WAW) is largely influenced by policies and issues of justice as well as the social construct surrounding it. However, WERP-India has taken up an SDGs-project on the multi-dimensional project approach to women empowerment in India. The project is expected to facilitate the reconstruction of Indian society towards a favorable mindset and appreciation for women and girls. We empower students through internship projects and volunteering activities to empower women. Join us in changing the status quo of women and girls in India and globally.
