Only those candidates can apply who:
1. can start the part time job/internship between 23rd Nov'21 and 28th Dec'21
2. are available for duration of 4 months
3. have relevant skills and interests

2. Letter of recommendation based on performance
Two round process: first will be a telephonic call and then face to face interview.
Your Friend is Youth India Foundation's first social enterprise initiative. It's a platform where people of any age can evocate for help. Simply said, it's a place where one can bring in any issue that's bothering them and talk about it with a trained team of representatives and mental health personnel. The personnel dealing with friends or cases handle those who seek help with the utmost care and delicacy. We, at Your Friend, believe in privacy and anonymity. Hence, abiding by that, all the representatives have signed a non-disclosure agreement and every single person's consent will be taken into account before they talk about the issue about them.
We are a team of junior and senior representatives along with a professional therapist's supervision, that would be available 24/7. We have emerged as an organization for everyone to know that anyone can contact us at any point in time without the fear of being subjected to any judgment.
