Career Counseling/Psychology Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work as a child psychologist to assess, diagnose, and treat children who may have slight or severe mental, emotional, or social disorders
2. Educate family members on interventions they can do for their child or how to respond to certain behaviors
3. Address issues such as depression, bullying, various mental health issues and learning difficulties in children by providing appropriate psychological intervention
4. Offer recommendations concerning the nature of child custody cases, as well as determine the suitability of each parent to take the sole custody of a child
