Career Guidance And Counselling Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Administer the online assessment tool with children and youth in the age group of 15 to 24 years age and maintain the MIS for data management, document case studies
2. Support in conducting aptitude tests with children and youths to assess their talents and skills
3. Provide need-based support to children & youth by linking with appropriate institutions for career growth in higher education and vocational courses
4. Explore various available GOI schemes on career guidance and counseling for the benefit of the children and youth
5. Provide knowledge-based support by organizing relevant webinars and support the 'Centre for Excellence' for toll-free helpline services
