We are looking to onboard passionate folks to join our team as 'Career Strategists'. Ace My Prep's career strategists are 'student-first' mentors and are responsible for creating career blueprints & strategies to get admit from Ivy League schools like Harvard, MIT, Stanford, Wharton, etc. for the students.
The career strategist serves as the primary contact for the student and is responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent advice to students & take care of the entire study abroad journey of the students. The career strategists will also be expected to lead the overall team by working closely with co-founders on new experiments, R&D, & the product to overall further strengthen the career strategy vertical of the company.
Key responsibilities:
1. Assessing skills and characteristics of the candidates to curate a career roadmap and advice on probable degrees
2. Providing help and advice on the higher education admission process across various countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia, etc.
Note: We've positioned ourselves as a premium brand in the industry. Hence, we're looking forward to hiring candidates with extremely polished personalities with above-excellent communication skills (both written & verbal) & extrovertish nature as this role will require you to socialize with a lot of premium clientele.
