Casting Assistance Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Book audition spaces and create casting lists
2. Liaise with the artistic & executive director and freelance directors regarding breakdowns, lists, and other requirements
3. Check actors' availability and set up & administrate audition days
4. Photocopy scripts and materials for particular days
5. Follow up auditions and let actors know if they have been unsuccessful or make offers where appropriate (following these up when necessary)
6. Write contracts for the general manager to sign and send to agents
7. Collate contact information for the creative team and actors for every production
8. Send actors and creative teams a script, watermill information pack, and various forms
9. Liaise re-accommodation and respond to actors submissions, requests, and invitations
10. Write creative team contracts and record equal opportunity data
11. Collate biographies and headshots
12. Study the script to understand all speaking roles and achieve mutual satisfaction
13. Coordinate between talents & clients
