1. Interacting and coordinating with TapChief users to accurately reflect the profile for skills, portfolio, services, and other profile-related information
2. Collecting data points, segregating, categorising and cataloguing them, so that the enriched profile becomes a valuable user to TapChief
3. Reviewing the profiles assigned to you, understand the gaps and use the tools and process to get the gaps filled
4. Contributing to developing a rule book for defining categories, skills, and different such data points of a user persona
5. Handling the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensure the given SLA are met per quality standards
6. Maintaining records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done
