About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Managing our catalog on our website & marketplaces like Amazon and others
2. Keeping the catalog up to date by uploading new collections, ensure proper tagging & updating inventory on an ongoing basis
3. Working on operational aspects of the marketplace business cataloging, promotions, generate various reports, payment reconciliation, etc.
4. Providing customer service to managers/artists in a professional manner
5. Communicating to customer service any promotions, pricing, product, or site issues that may drive customer contacts
6. Working on a proposal for suitable products based on innovation, competitor research, and knowledge of the similar product proposition
