1. Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential distributors, explain brand USPs, margin structures, and on board with them
2. Negotiate commercial terms and onboard new partners
3. Ensure primary and secondary sales
4. Build strong market intelligence and retailer feedback
5. Monitor stock movement, order cycles, and distributor satisfaction
6. Help roll out trade schemes, marketing support, and drive visibility in retail channels
7. Act as a liaison between HO and the ground, ensuring timely feedback and execution
