1. Good communication skills - both verbal and written (English, Hindi, and at least one local language)
2. A high-level understanding of income tax provisions relating to capital gains, business and salary income
3. Experience of at least a year in e-filing ITR for individuals
4. Self-motivated individual with a passion to work in challenging situations
