2. Provide tax solutions to client tax issues considering domestic tax and international tax
3. Provide tax risk analysis on transactions planned by clients
4. Regularly updating technical knowledge and also GST act, rules
5. Interact on regular basis with client and department authorities
6. Handle corporate transactions and portfolio companies (SEBI-registered AIFs)
7. Understand regulatory requirements, valuation of intangibles, deal advisory, and due diligence
