1. Candidates who are pursuing chartered accountancy course with The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India may apply
2. The ideal candidate must have completed the first 2 years of CA articleship training with any registered firm
3. Should have cleared both groups of IPCC
4. Should have a basic understanding of the regulatory frameworks (mainly accounting standards and tax laws) and compliance requirements associated with financial services
5. Must have the ability to analyze, interpret and understand financial data and accounting concepts
6. Should have the basic practical knowledge of MS Excel and Word
7. Should have good communication skills - both written and verbal
8. Must be passionate to learn on the job
9. Should have a flexible and open approach to work
