About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handle multiple WhatsApp groups for customers' queries, feedback, updates, or requirements
2. Assist the reporting manager with daily activities with respect to retention and growth
3. Keep the prospective leads' database updated
4. Establish and maintain a good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
5. Inform clients about new developments in the company's products and their features and benefits.
6. Calling clients and vendors (making 50-100 calls every day)

3. Must have good negotiation skills
4. Must have excellent interpersonal skills
