1. Providing deep technical expertise regarding the development of chemical products
2. Managing & documentation of ISO 9001
3. Conducting the necessary literature search
4. Acquiring knowledge (chemistry, material, and process) required for technical expertise
5. Designing, initiating and executing studies, and interpreting the study results
6. Designing necessary equipment for commercial production/vendor selection
