5. Presenting research findings to scientists, engineers, and other colleagues
6. Setting up and conducting chemical experiments, tests, and analysis using spectroscopy and physical or chemical separation techniques
7. Maintaining a clean lab space with utmost attention to safety
8. Carrying out world-class research, especially industrial R&Ds
