About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on tempering chocolate, making shells & enrobing truffles, using artisan techniques, making various chocolate ganache bars and other molded chocolate bonbons
2. Understand the best practices for maintaining and using chocolate design molds
3. Work on developing new chocolate designs, garnishes, and techniques
4. Wrap chocolates as per the standards of Chockriti
5. Understand how to pack, store, and maintain chocolate shelf life
6. Assist in the creative display of chocolates
7. Adhere to strict safety standards and follow proper machinery, food safety, and quality procedures
8. Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and workshop
9. Work on quality control of the store's chocolate products to maintain quality assurance standards and brand expectations
10. Open and close the working station, including following procedures and checklists to ensure smooth overall operations
11. Perform inventory functions to maintain required ingredients and maintain finished product par stock quantities
12. Ensure finished products are fully-stocked, consistent, and pass quality control
