Client Acquisition Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Communicating with clients to resolve their concerns/queries and helping them to understand the value of the product
2. Speaking to clients across the country to understand their level of satisfaction with our services and identifying the ways to improve the same
3. Managing relationships with clients and communicating with them on the phone
4. Meeting them to resolve their concerns and queries
5. Identifying problems and suggesting viable solutions or ideas with clients to make them use the product to its full extent
6. Facilitating future sales
7. Re-onboarding and managing saved clients until they are successfully re-engaged with our program
8. Improving processes and creating additional value
