About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on customer call-outs (minimum 100 calls per day)
2. Work on appointments scheduling/ re-confirmation & drive consumption
3. Drive productivity of KTs (6 Kiya kya) and doctors (skin and hair scriptions)
4. Work on rostering of team schedules
5. Work on interfaces with clients at the front end of the clinic
6. Meet clients for explaining services, take customer calls
7. Handle billing at the front desk
8. Handle & reconcile sales cash & petty cash
9. Maintain clinic-specific reports
10. Drive systems, process orientation through SOP adherence
11. Work on tracking pipeline register
12. Work on customer closure in case CM is unavailable
13. Work on being responsible for process audit score and mystery audit score
14. Work on optimum utilization of digitalization
15. Work on being responsible to comply with the Kaya Code of Conduct and promoting compliance culture as per Kaya values and policies
16. Work on being responsible to report misconduct and incidents of violation of the Kaya Code of Conduct (COC)/SOP at the clinic level, report incidents immediately within the first two hours of incident, as per set procedure by providing details in the first information report so that preventative action can be taken to minimize risks and impact on business
17. Work on additional responsibilities assigned/ communicated by management on the basis of the nature of the job role from time to time
