Thus, the production of new movies, TV shows, or even the hosting of sporting events is severely affected. OTT provides an opportunity for the users to find videos on demand and watch them at their convenience in their homes. Our customers can spin their OTT platform/video streaming products to view the content they like and when they like - be it in entertainment, education, sports, fitness, healthcare, or any other industry. Our products include live streaming, video on demand, video enhancement, built-in monetization, centralized CMS, customizing, and zero codings.

About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work on solutions and implementation, and provide support on the product to meet customer business needs
2. Dive into the existing product, understand the capabilities and flows thoroughly, and get a clear picture of what the product has to offer to the customers
3. Understand customer needs accurately and comprehend them, validate the need for building new solutions, test and deploy in stipulated timelines agreed upon with the customers
4. Work within the technology framework and the product guidelines to solve the right approach for the customers to ensure their needs are met with minimum or no customization to the product
5. Ensure their requirements and concerns are heard and well-coordinated internally
6. Track the progress by creating necessary tickets (either new enhancements or issues reported by customers) and follow up on them until they are brought to closure
7. Be face to the customers and provide a unified response back to the customers on behalf of the team
