We re looking for a dedicated client relationship manager to maintain our clients accounts and serve as our main point of contact.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
2. Stay on top of accounts, making sure they re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needs
3. Meet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
4. Generate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organization
5. Identify upsell, and cross-sell, opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly
Skills and other requirements:
1. Female candidates preferred
2. Should have good verbal and written communication skills
3. Should have strong team coordination skills
4. Passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service
5. Should be comfortable working with spreadsheets, audits, and other organizational software
